Learn to Run + Fitness Training Workshop

Kris Hildebrand, an award-winning coach of Exceleration & Multisport clubs, will work with you, whatever your current level of fitness. The aim of this program is to get you moving, and to have fun. Set yourself the achievable goal of completing this 11-week program!

What: An 11-week Fitness Training

Where: 700 Templeton Dr, Vancouver

When: Sundays, 3-4pm, Apr 3 – Jun 26, 2022, (no class Apr 17 or Jun 19)

Cost: $100, $50 bonus for completing 10/11 sessions- Don’t come if you  are sick!
