Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Self-Harming and Suicidal Autistic People

Please join Phillipa Hood, MA, Clinical Psychology, SFU Autism and Developmental Disabilities Lab, for an informational meeting on a research study on "“Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Self-Harming and Suicidal Autistic People”. This study will employ a neurodiversity-affirming approach, with an autistic therapist running the DBT Skills Training groups. DBT is a mindfulness and cognitive-behavioural  based intervention.
